What we do
LEADING TECHNOLOGY FORSPORTING EVENTS
No two Games run the same way, so we don't ship a fixed product. We build around your competition format, your venues and your timelines — and stay with the system through every session, from test event to closing ceremony.
How we work
OUR FORMULA
01
STRATEGY
Plan the data path first, then build to it. Entries and accreditation feed timing and scoring at each venue, and every result publishes from one record — fewer vendor handovers, fewer places for a result to go wrong.
02
VISION
A Games where the scoreboard, the broadcast graphic, the website and the record book all show the same number in the same second — at any level of event, not only the ones with the largest budgets.
System architecture
One data path, venue to viewer
A result is captured once at the field of play and resolved once in the core. Every surface after that reads the same record, so no two screens can disagree.
At the field of play
Officials, timing devices and venue operators enter results where they happen — one source of truth, entered once.

The games core
The Games Management System holds entries, schedules and accreditation, and resolves every incoming result against them.

- 02Registration and accreditation
- 03Schedules, venues and logistics
- 04Standings and medal tables
Out to every surface
The same resolved record fans out simultaneously — no re-keying, and no second version of the truth.
- 01Public website and live results
- 02Broadcast graphics and AR
- 03LED scoreboards and perimeter
- 04Commentator Information System
Where people watch
Spectators in the venue, viewers at home, media in the tribune and the operations centre all see the same moment.

One results engine across every discipline
From start to finish — live, accurate, connected.
One platform.Total Event Control:Data, Games, Results.
One platform behind the whole event — timing and scoring, on-venue results, scoreboards, commentator information and the public site — instead of five vendors to integrate on site.
It runs in the cloud or on-venue, scales from a single-sport championship to a multi-sport Games, and is configured for your disciplines before the first test event.

WHY WSL
Dedicated Service At All Times
Reasons organising committees come back: the results hold up, the team has done it before, and one platform covers every discipline.
01
Results You Can Trust
Timing and scoring configured to each sport's own rules and formats, so a result is right the first time it appears — not corrected after it is on air.
02
Proven Expertise
We have run Games since 2000, from single-sport championships to multi-sport events with thousands of athletes — planned, rehearsed and staffed the way live competition demands.
03
Multi-Sport Solutions
Every discipline on the programme reports into the same results system, so athletics, aquatics and team sports produce one set of standings and one export for broadcast.
